Ever thought about joining the human resources (HR) profession? I have been in HR since my first internship in college and have found it to be my calling.  The work is dynamic, impactful, diverse and compensation is competitive.  It provides me a good mix of the business experience and privilege to help others that I was seeking for my future career as a college student.  Everyday I have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others while helping to accomplish organizational goals.
